1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ockbet ("ockbet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ockbet.com and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ockbet may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) ockbet account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that particular offer.

6 Gaming Rules

The following general gaming rules apply across all products on the ockbet platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ockbet will not reverse or cancel a confirmed wager except in cases of a technical error or manifest error as described below.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ockbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the KYC verification process.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ockbet platform — including but not limited to the ockbet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ockbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ockbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the ockbet platform without prior written consent.
• Use the ockbet brand name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without authorization.

12 Suspension & Termination

• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ockbet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by such courts.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ockbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ockbet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
